John Detrick on the K4#612 (he co-owns with Don Sweger), just passed the trestle on his way up hill to the station.

Gary Crabtree on his PRR G5, taking the trestle cutoff back downgrade. Passengers include, Gary's Daughter and Grandson enjoying the ride.

Here is Don Sweger running the PRR K-4s # 612 again. Don is running the locomotive at a nice pace.

Here is Wayne Godshall and Don Sweger getting ready to pull the double header out of the Mid South Station. They are almost ready to pull out onto the main line to take some visitors around the MSLS track.

The Mid-South Live Steamers are located in Maury County Park, in Columbia, TN, and in the month of July 2000, they held a live steam meet that was attended by a delegation of Independent Live Steamers. The following photos are from that meet, and were contributed by Don Sweger, and ILS member, who attended.

Steamers Track.

Gary Crabtree on his PRR G5, Dick Poole on Don and John's PRR K4, and Wayne Godshall on Joe Mastroorcco's PRR G5, at the grade crossing ready to climb the hill with a Pennsy Triple Header.

Here is the triple header again. They are coming up the grade and getting ready to crest the hill.

Same power and crew, crossing the trestle halfway up to Sudsberry Station.
