R.C.,
I also have a roll top in my shop but I can't seem to get it cleaned up enough to use. I had picked it up many years ago to use as a modeling center but it has ended up a storage area for my metal casting patterns. Thanks for letting see your work area, great job!! 8)

Dawg,
Great looking space you have there. If your like me the open area goes away fast!! But it is much easier to find tools and parts when kept organised.

I don't have a workbench to build model at the moment due to my house move, but I do intend to build a mobil one that will roll under the layout so I can hide my mess.

Jim...Simon......I'll tell you ....some of the most talented modelers I have seen...not all...but most have a messy work station   .......I think it is one of those deals where...when you have a good head of steam going and things and ideas are popping......why stop to tidy up???

Plenty of time to do that later!

Don't mess with the carma baby!

Thats how I look at it anyway.

I will admit...there are times I have set something down.....and 10 seconds later can't find it...LMAO!  Thats when  I have to stop and straighten up.

I also plan on remodeling my whole shop area but thats in the future.

Hey Dave...I pile up the stuff on my bench too when I have a little project going.....I just keep using the same workbench picture, from the only time I couldn't find anything.....Man that Shorty Tank sure looks nice!
Thanks for showing us an inside view of "the lab".

Lmao!!  ;D

Jim = Mr. orginized in my book...here's mine.

In my defence......I had just finished a bash when I took this shot.

I had just finished bashing  this oil tender for my Cab Forward Porter.

None the less I have been tidying up ...at least untill the bash bug bites again and I feel it crawling up my leg!!!!
